Dr Lauren Fry - CHIropractor

As a teenager Lauren was a wellness rebel, taking a chance on chiropractic treatment despite her mother – a nurse – warning her against seeing one of those ‘bone crunchers’. Within a month of treatment, the headaches that had plagued Lauren for almost a year had disappeared! That success led to her mother giving it a go too, and experiencing for herself the benefits of regular adjustment.

Lauren has recently completed a three-year postgraduate degree the Diplomate in Clinical Chiropractic Pediatrics, or DICCP, a board certified qualification run through the International Chiropractic Association

DR ALASTAIR KLEINE - chiropractor

Alastair is a man of many talents!

Alastair was a qualified nurse before he began his chiropractic studies, and since then has done further study to become a midwife and maternal child health nurse, making him one of only two male MCHN’s registered in Victoria!

He has worked as a chiropractor both here in Melbourne and on Phillip Island. 

Alastair's first experience of chiropractic was as a child.  His first chiropractic job after graduating was for the same chiropractic group he was adjusted by as a little man!

Alastair’s focus is on overall good health and wellbeing, and he has a professional knack for understanding the whole body and how its elements work together.

dr rebecca tolhurst - chinese herbalist & acupuncturist

Rebecca brings 11 years' clinical experience in treating a wide variety of diseases and disorders. 

Her areas of interest range from womens’ and men’s health, natural and assisted fertility, metabolic and immune disorders, pain and musculoskeletal complaints, fatigue, to mental, emotional and spiritual problems. She also has experience with paediatric acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine and can provide quick, easy, pain free treatments for children as young as 6 months. 

Her treatments involve a combination of acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, traditional Tui Na massage, moxibustion, cupping and gua sha (skin scraping).
